Tito Muñoz debuts with Nashville Symphony
Tito Munoz will take the stage with Nashville Symphony debut on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this weekend.
In four performances, Tito will conduct the world premiere of James Lee III’s Saxophone Concerto with soloist Timothy McAllister, Rodrigo’s ‘A la busca del más allá’ ‘(In search of the beyond’), and Holst’s The Planets. Performances will take place at the Laura Turner Hall.
In April, Tito debuts with Nürnberger Symphoniker where he will lead Holst’s ‘The Planets’, Andy Akiho’s Percussion Concerto, and Wilhelm Herschel’s Symphony No. 13. He then makes his first appearance with Komische Opera Berlin leading Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring, Charles Ives’ ‘The Unanswered Question’, Brett Deans’ ‘And once I played Ophelia’ (for string orchestra and soprano, and Silvestre Revueltas: ‘Sensemayá’
