This Sunday, Laura performs Elgar’s Cello Concerto to a sell-out audience with the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Conducted by Gabriella Teychenné, this performance in Eastbourne marks the 50th anniversary celebrations of the orchestra’s long-established special partnership with the Sussex audience.

Earlier this month, Laura’s label CHANDOS Records announced her latest forthcoming album release – Path to the Moon – with pianist Jams Coleman, on 16 February. This wonderful collection of works inspired by all things nocturnal follows the duo’s critically acclaimed album Pohádka. You can listen to a pre-release track, Florence Price’s Night – here.

An in-depth interview of the duo can be read in Strad here, and later this month Laura and Jams look forward to performing four UK recitals including at Kettle’s Yard and St George’s, Bristol.
