Hyeyoon Park in Astana
Tonight Hyeyoon Park makes her debut in Astana performing Mozart’s Violin Concerto no.5 with the Steppe Orchestra conducted by Maestro Evgeny Bushkov in Central Asia’s largest opera house in an all-Mozart programme.
This special performance in collaboration with the Degdar Foundation concludes a fantastic year for the rising-star violinist which has included projects in Poznan, Mainz and Bern; critically-acclaimed jump-ins with the Hallé Orchestra and Royal Northern Sinfonia; a sold-out recital at Snape; and most recently a five-date Piano Quartet tour alongside Kian Soltani, Timothy Ridout and Benjamin Grosvenor which included Laeiszhalle Hamburg and the Concertgebouw Amsterdam.
Early in the New Year, Hyeyoon performs Prokofiev’s Violin Concert No. 1 with Stuttgart Philharmonic.
