Grosvenor shines in Spain
Benjamin Grosvenor has enjoyed three wonderful recitals in Gran Canaria, Oviedo and at the prestigious Palau de la Musica Catalana, Barcelona over the past few days.
Critics were unanimous in their praise of the British pianist, with particular admiration for his interpretation of Liszt’s Sonata in B Minor, as featured on his most recent Decca release.
Next up, Benjamin performs Prokofiev’s Third Piano Concerto with the orchestra of Opéra de Rouen, conducted by Ben Glassberg, culminating in a performance at La Seine Musicale in Paris this Sunday.
