About the Role 
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Artist Manager to join our team at a senior level. This is a high-responsibility role, working with world-class artists, with the scope to shape the position around your strengths and professional ambitions.
As an Artist Manager, you will lead on international bookings, negotiate contracts, and oversee the strategic development of artists’ careers. You will be supported by an Assistant Artist Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of engagements, while also representing the company across the classical music industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the careers of assigned artists, booking engagements worldwide
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring financial and legal accuracy at all times
  • Oversee and support assistants in delivering first-class servicing for every engagement
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and artist information in our diary management system (Overture)
  • Build and strengthen relationships with promoters, orchestras, festivals, and other industry stakeholders
  • Represent the company and your artists at concerts, events, and industry gatherings, both in the UK and internationally
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic direction and growth by identifying new opportunities for artists and the wider roster
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the company, including Finance, Marketing, and PR

    About You 
    Essential:

  • Proven experience in classical music management, with a strong understanding of the international music industry
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability – especially when handling contracts and financial information
  • Confident communicator, able to converse effectively and professionally with artists, promoters, and colleagues worldwide
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills – able to manage complex projects independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach, with the ability to anticipate artist needs and industry challenges
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
  • Empathetic, flexible, and collaborative, with a good sense of humour

Desirable:

  • Foreign language skills
  • Prior experience working at a senior level in artist management or arts administration
