Benjamin Bayl joins JBM for General Management
James Brown Management is delighted to welcome conductor Benjamin Bayl for general management. Renowned for his versatility across symphonic, operatic and period-instrument performance, he is celebrated for his historically informed approach to Baroque, Classical and Romantic repertoire as well as his flair for contemporary music.
On this collaboration, Benjamin commented: “I am so happy to be embarking on this new chapter of my career with James Brown Management, and thrilled to be part of such a remarkable and diverse roster of inspiring artists, and a management team which takes great care of them.”
Highlights of the 2025/26 season include returns to Concerto Köln, Staatsoper Stuttgart, Theater an der Wien, Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra and Warsaw Chamber Opera, alongside debuts with Händel Festival Halle, Opera Wroclawska and Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra. His recent collaborations span leading orchestras and opera houses worldwide, including the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Hong Kong Philharmonic, Staatsoper Berlin, Wiener Staatsoper, Opera Australia and Opera Vlaanderen, as well as acclaimed work with ensembles such as Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, B’Rock, Wrocław Baroque Orchestra and the Australian Haydn Ensemble.
