Karen Ní Bhroin joins JBM
We are delighted to announce that Irish conductor Karen Ní Bhroin is joining JBM for worldwide general management. Based in Ireland but with experience across the UK and USA we are very much looking forward to working with her and building her career together. This season she makes her debut with LSO and returns to work with Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales and Manchester Camerata.
Off the podium, creator of ‘And Other Duties, The Life of the Assistant Conductor’, Karen is on a mission to change conducting education: to teach the things that are not usually taught and to create a forum for honest conversations and communication.
Karen says “I am truly honoured to join the roster of JBM. I felt an immediate connection knowing Imogen and the team could see my vision and want to help me realise my aspirations as a conductor. Their exceptional care to the artist speaks for itself and I couldn’t think of anyone better to represent me on this next chapter.”
